Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of hands-on cell culture experience in 2D/3D systems.
• Experience leading Manufacturing Associates in GMP environments.

• Lead daily activities of Manufacturing Associates on the production floor.
• Ensure safety, GMP compliance, and incident investigations.
• Review/approve batch records, deviations, investigations, and CAPAs.
