Qualifications

• Advanced degree with 2+ years of industry experience in cell biology or related field.
• Expert in iPSC culture, maintenance, and cell engineering for scalable products.
• Experience with flow cytometry, ELISA, microscopy for product characterization.
• Ability to develop QC metrics and support GMP readiness.

Responsibilities

• Culture iPSC lines and perform maintenance.
• Design experiments to optimize iPSC differentiation.
• Analyze data and document methods.
• Develop GMP-compliant processes and support tech transfer.
• Draft batch records and regulatory documents.
• Collaborate across R&D, QA, Manufacturing, and CMOs.
