Job summary

Cellipont Bioservices is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations and personnel, ensuring strict GMP compliance and high-quality batch records. The role involves training staff, coordinating raw materials, and driving continuous improvement across the production floor.

You will collaborate with Quality, Engineering and Tech groups to resolve issues, oversee batch reviews, and maintain documentation per approved procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience writing, executing and reviewing SOPs/MBRs while maintaining GDP guidelines.
• Strong leadership/management experience in GMP environments.
• Familiarity with cell therapy processing equipment and QA collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and schedule manufacturing operations and personnel.
• Lead a team to identify issues and implement solutions.
• Train personnel on batch records, raw materials, and production setup.
• Ensure batches meet established quality standards.
• Coordinate GMP batch review and close-out with QA.
• Provide daily production updates to managers and clients.
