Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the Austin based Child Safety team across shifts with consistent standards and SLAs.
• Act as escalation layer for complex and high-profile cases, including law enforcement communications.
• Own NCMEC reporting decisions and ensure documentation meets legal obligations.
• Drive automation-first improvements and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
