Golden Gate Regional Center seeks a Supervising Social Worker in San Mateo County to supervise social workers, manage administrative duties, and support client services. The role blends office oversight with field work in clients' homes across San Mateo County, the San Mateo office, and remote work from home.

You will supervise staff, participate in hiring/training, and help shape policies while ensuring HIPAA-compliant record-keeping and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Valid Clinical License at time of hire and ability to maintain license preferred.
• Experience in supervision and administrative functions.

Responsabilités

• Supervise assigned staff and enable efficient use of time and resources.
• Participate in hiring, training and evaluation of staff.
• Represent administration on internal/community committees and task forces.
• Assist in development and implementation of policies and procedures.
• Provide coaching and conduct annual performance evaluations.
