Job summary

Clune Construction is hiring a senior field leadership role in Chicago to oversee commercial interior, healthcare and mission-critical projects. The position requires 6–15 years of experience and a BS in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering.

Experience leading construction projects and teams.

Responsibilities

Support project pursuits and preconstruction planning by developing high-level schedules and sequencing strategies.
Lead preconstruction and field planning with site logistics, phasing and execution plans.
Direct daily construction activities, coordinate trade partners and manage manpower to meet schedule.
Promote safety culture, enforce OSHA standards and QA/QC to ensure project requirements are met.
Identify constraints and mitigate risks to keep projects moving forward.
Build and maintain client relationships and represent the company professionally.
Oversee project closeout, turnover documentation and owner training.
