Jobot is seeking a Lead Superintendent with 10+ years of construction field experience to lead ground-up multi-family projects in Massachusetts. You will manage onsite construction activities, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality standards on local projects.

The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of multi-family ground-up development, a track record of delivering complex builds in MA, and a commitment to working locally with flexible scheduling and competitive
