Flowtec Construction in Chicago is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on a range of projects. You will oversee daily site activities, coordinate with PMs, owners, architects, and trades, and drive safety and quality on every phase of the build.

Bring 10+ years of superintendent experience with a GC, a track record of managing complex commercial work, and a passion for mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of superintendent experience with a General Contractor.
• Proven experience leading complex commercial construction projects.
• Background in healthcare, education, institutional, residential, or mixed-use projects preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage teams, solve problems, and drive results in the field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations from project startup through completion.
• Manage subcontractors, site logistics, schedules, and quality control.
• Partner closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, and trade partners.
• Lead safety initiatives and ensure successful project execution.
• Mentor Assistant Superintendents and develop field talent.
• Maintain strong client relationships through consistent project delivery.
