Job summary

• Proven experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent.

• Strong knowledge of scheduling, safety, quality control, and subcontractor management.
• Ability to lead field teams and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and trade partners.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
