Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead multifamily and related construction projects from start to finish. You will direct on-site teams, manage subcontractors, schedules, and budgets, and ensure safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, commercial, or residential construction projects.
• Proficiency with construction scheduling and project management software.
• Knowledge of building codes and industry best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site construction activities from project start through final completion
