Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Senior Superintendent for multifamily ground-up construction projects in the Fort Wayne area. You will lead day-to-day field execution, coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules and safety, and ensure quality from sitework through turnover.

The ideal candidate has extensive superintendent-level experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record managing complex field operations, safety, and compliance on large residential developments.

Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily ground-up construction projects.
• Sr. level experience; superintendent or assistant superintendent background.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and field personnel; managing schedules and milestones.
• Familiarity with site safety, inspections, and field documentation.

• Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
• Experience identifying and resolving field conflicts
