LeoForce is seeking a Senior Field Superintendent to lead and coordinate all field operations for large-scale construction projects in Naperville, IL. The role emphasizes safety, schedule adherence, and budget compliance, with leadership over on-site teams and subcontractors.

Requirements include a minimum of ten years in construction, OSHA30 and First Aid/CPR certification, and strong knowledge of earthwork, drainage, framing, finishes, and mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years' experience in construction, focusing on multi-family residential and/or commercial construction.
• OSHA30 certification required upon employment.
• First Aid/CPR certification required upon employment.
• Knowledge of earthwork, drainage, framing, finishes and mechanical systems.
• Proven ability to supervise, teach and motivate staff while maintaining safety.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and make agile decisions.
