The Senior Superintendent is typically assigned to projects of significant size or complexity that require multi-level project supervision over a variety of tasks and crews involving close coordination of subcontractors and suppliers. Examples of this would be public or private sector projects where we are the general contractor on large-scale commercial projects.

High School diploma or GED. Associates or bachelor’s degree in construction management preferred
At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in construction and management of field personnel. Must have run at least 1-2 large scale projects (20mm plus) from start to finish as the Lead Sr. Superintendent.
Flintco offers base compensation for the Denver area of $135,000 to $175,000 (Actual compensation may be affected by factors such as education, experience, skillset and/or location.)

Exposure to all forms of weather conditions (hot, cold, wet, dry, humid, windy) for part or the entire work day. Exposure to constant or intermittent noise of a level sufficient to cause distraction. May be required to work 10-hour days for six or seven consecutive days for extended periods.
