Qualifications

• 10+ years of field leadership experience in commercial construction.
• Proven track record leading projects valued at $25M+.
• Experience across healthcare, life science, tenant improvement, ground-up, or similar sectors.
• Strong knowledge of sequencing, scheduling, safety regulations, and quality control.
• Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and BIM.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution of large-scale commercial projects from startup through closeout.
• Drive site safety, quality, schedule, and operational excellence.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, trade partners, and stakeholders.
• Provide mentorship and development for Superintendents and field teams.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and leadership to ensure project success.
• Identify risks early and implement preventive solutions.
• Manage site logistics, workforce planning, and resource coordination.
• Champion a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
