Dome Construction is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead large commercial projects across Southern California from kickoff through closeout. The role emphasizes safety, quality, schedule adherence, and client relationship management with a focus on mentorship and team development.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of field leadership on $25M+ projects and a track record across healthcare, life science, tenant improvement, or ground-up work.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of field leadership experience in commercial construction.
• Projects valued at $25M+ with proven success.
• Experience across healthcare, life science, tenant improvement, ground-up, or similar sectors.
• Strong knowledge of sequencing, scheduling, safety regs, and quality control.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, BIM or similar tools.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to inspire teams and maintain high performance in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the field execution of large-scale commercial construction projects from startup through closeout.
• Drive site safety, quality, schedule, and operational excellence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, trade partners, and stakeholders.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities for Superintendents and field teams.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and leadership to ensure project success.
• Identify risks early and implement solutions to protect project performance.
• Manage site logistics, workforce planning, and resource coordination.
• Champion a culture of accountability, integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
