Responsibilities

• Leading the planning, execution, and overall performance of commercial construction projects.
• Managing project budgets, cost forecasting, change orders, and financial performance.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, architects, and project stakeholders.
• Overseeing schedules and ensuring project milestones are achieved.
• Identifying and proactively resolving project challenges and risks.
• Mentoring Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers while fostering a collaborative team culture.
• Partnering with field teams to ensure quality, safety, and operational excellence.
• Supporting preconstruction efforts including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
