Balfour Beatty US seeks a General Superintendent for the Large Projects Group in Dallas, TX to lead landmark projects in the DFW market and drive safety, quality and schedule performance. The role requires a minimum of 10+ years of large project experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a BS in Construction Management or Engineering.

You will coordinate preconstruction planning, cost control, subcontractor management and client relations, with on-site responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Review progress and cost reports with project managers.
• Lead preconstruction planning including schedules and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with contract documents and quality standards.
• Coordinate with owners, design teams, and subcontractors.
• Conduct weekly progress and safety meetings and mentor staff.
• Oversee project close-out and documentation.
