Job summary

Balfour Beatty Construction is seeking a Mission Critical / MEP Assistant Superintendent for our Large Projects Group in Dallas, TX. This role supports the Superintendent by overseeing designated field activities and supervising subcontractors to keep projects on time and within budget.

Candidates should have 4+ years of construction experience and a High School diploma, with proficiency in PC use and reading plans. OSHA 10 is required, with OSHA 30 to be obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent by managing designated field activities and supervising subcontractors and employees.
• Support project team to ensure on-time, on-budget construction per BBCC policies.
• Handle project administration, scheduling, and close-out activities per guidelines.
• Promote customer relations and contribute to leadership and employee development.
• Coordinate with field teams to align with safety and quality standards.
