Job summary

Balfour Beatty US is hiring a Project Manager in Dallas, TX to lead the Large Projects Group on landmark construction programs in the DFW area. You will oversee budget, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration to ensure quality, profitable project delivery while maintaining our Zero Harm safety culture.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Construction Management or related field, 5 years of PM experience, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in project management.
• 3 years of direct supervisory experience.
• Experience with project manager software (Procore, P6, Timberline, etc.).
• Experience with cost projection, financial analysis, budget reviews, labor reports.
• Experience with JD Edwards or similar construction application(s).

Responsibilities

• Creates and manages project budget and GMP development.
• Reviews owner contract requirements including bonds, fees, schedules, and costs.
• Develops monthly Final Cost and Labor Cost projections.
• Develops Project Incentive Plan within 30 days of GMP acceptance.
• Collaborates with Preconstruction to monitor budgets.
• Manages subcontracting process and procurement.
• Develops and reports on MBE requirements and alignment plans.
• Creates organization matrices and resource plans for projects.
• Reviews contract documents with all participants to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Ensures safety and Zero Harm culture on site.
