Tiello is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead field execution on a large multifamily project in the Kansas City area. You will own site operations, subcontractor coordination, safety, scheduling, quality control, inspections, and turnover, with responsibility for a high-unit-count residential development.

The ideal candidate has led as a senior superintendent on large ground-up multifamily builds, coordinating schedules, crews, and cost controls while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Lead field operations on large, ground-up multifamily projects.
• Strong knowledge of wood-frame, concrete structural systems, and building envelopes.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades and large subcontractor teams.
• Ability to develop, maintain, and recover detailed construction schedules.
• Familiarity with construction safety practices and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilités

• Provide overall field leadership from mobilization to turnover.
• Develop and manage the master schedule with project management.
• Coordinate site logistics, safety, quality, and inspections.
• Lead daily field huddles and weekly subcontractor meetings.
• Mentor assistant superintendents and field engineers.
• Represent the contractor with owners and trade partners.
