Job summary

Tiello LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead onsite execution for complex ground-up and interior buildout projects in the Phoenix area. The role entails coordinating subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality control from mobilization through turnover.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial superintendent roles, with strong knowledge of means and methods, Procore, and a track record of delivering projects up to $10M on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent.
• 7+ years of Commercial Construction Superintendent experience preferred.
• Strong ground-up commercial construction experience.
• Thorough knowledge of commercial construction means, methods, sequencing, and field execution.
• Hands-on Procore experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all onsite construction activities for assigned commercial projects from mobilization through final completion.
• Manage commercial construction projects typically valued up to $10M.
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, materials, equipment, deliveries, and self-performed work.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones and completion dates are achieved.
• Lead weekly subcontractor coordination meetings.
• Coordinate inspections and ensure safety procedures are followed.
