Jobot is seeking a Superintendent to lead day-to-day execution of multifamily construction projects in Indianapolis. You will coordinate subcontractors, maintain schedules, and ensure safety and quality on site.

Ideal candidates have ground-up and multifamily construction experience, with strong leadership and communication skills to drive projects from sitework through turnover. This is an on-site role with a robust project pipeline and growth opportunities.
