Job summary

Scott Humphrey Corporation is seeking a Lead Superintendent to manage ground-up multifamily projects in the Kansas City area. You will own the jobsite from mobilization through turnover, lead the field team and subcontractors, and partner with the Project Manager on schedule, budget and quality.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years as a superintendent on multifamily builds, OSHA 30 certification, and proficiency with Procore or similar systems.

• 7+ years as a Superintendent, with heavy ground-up multifamily experience.
• Has run projects start to finish as the lead superintendent.
• OSHA 30; Procore or similar a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run daily field operations on ground-up multifamily projects from sitework through turnover.
• Build and drive the master schedule and three-week look-aheads.
• Manage subcontractors, inspections, quality control and punch.
• Lead assistant superintendents and own jobsite safety.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, municipalities and inspectors.

They build multifamily and commercial projects for repeat clients and are expanding their field leadership team in the Kansas City metro to support a strong pipeline.

We are hiring a Lead Superintendent with deep multifamily experience to run ground-up projects in the Kansas City area. You will own the jobsite from mobilization through turnover, lead the field team and subcontractors, and partner with the Project Manager on schedule, budget and quality.

Ideal Candidate

• 7+ years as a Superintendent, with heavy ground-up multifamily experience (garden, wrap or podium)
• Has run projects start to finish as the lead superintendent
• OSHA 30; Procore or similar a plus
• Based in the Kansas City metro, or ready to relocate
