Tiello is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead the field execution of a large multifamily project in the Kansas City area. You will own site operations, subcontractor coordination, safety, scheduling, quality control, inspections, and turnover, partnering with project managers and engineers to align field work with budget and delivery strategy.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent with a commercial general contractor.
• Proven experience leading large, ground-up multifamily apartment projects.
• Experience delivering high-unit-count residential developments.
• Strong working knowledge of multifamily building systems.
• Ability to manage complex site logistics and multiple concurrent scopes of work.
• Experience coordinating structural, envelope, MEP, fire-protection, elevator, finish trades.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide overall field leadership from site mobilization through final completion and turnover.
• Develop and maintain the master construction schedule with project management.
• Create and manage short-interval schedules and look-ahead plans.
• Plan site logistics, temporary facilities, access routes, deliveries and material storage.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field personnel, inspectors and testing agencies.
• Lead field huddles, weekly subcontractor meetings, safety meetings and schedule coordination sessions.
• Enforce safety plan and ensure OSHA compliance and company standards.
• Monitor manpower, production rates, material availability and milestones.
