Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Superintendent 3 for Industrial/Manufacturing with Project Rivian in Social Circle, GA. You will lead safety culture, coordinate subcontractors, manage staffing and budgets, and drive project schedules across complex industrial facilities.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of construction experience and 5+ years of field supervision, plus Lean principles experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 8+ years construction experience.
• 5+ years field supervision experience.
• Lean principles experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and investigate incidents; mentor staff.
• Manage subcontractors and overall workflow for the project.
• Oversee staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs (Safety, Quality, EEO).
• Develop work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinate and manage project site care and control.
• Lead daily standup and weekly trade meetings; participate in progress meetings.
• Manage project schedule with Project Manager; track budget/costs.
