Metric Geo is working in partnership with an ENR-Ranked Top 15 Design-Build General Contractor to assist the expansion of their Advanced Facilities division.

We are seeking a Senior Superintendent to be based in the Washington-DC Area with vast experience overseeing design-build Data Center construction projects.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience managing design-build construction projects for a General Contractor or Specialty Contractor.
• Experience overseeing Mission Critical projects.
• Proven experience managing projects from inception through completion.
• Ability to manage large-scale projects valued over $50 Million.
• Ability to work on-site.

Base pay range

$130,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr
