Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in custom homes.
• Proven scheduling, safety management, cost control, quality control, and contract management.
• Strong leadership and team management with ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with construction/project management software.
• Degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Certifications in construction safety and project management are a plus.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects, from scheduling to cost control, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality control. Responsibilities:

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle managing scheduling, safety management, cost control, quality control, and contract management.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring they fully understand expectations and responsibilities.
• Review work progress daily to keep projects on schedule, promptly addressing any delays or issues that arise.
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a knack for identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
• A solid understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles.
• Familiarity with construction/ project management software.
• A degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field is preferred.
• Certifications in construction safety and project management would be a plus.
