Job summary

Flowtec Construction is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead and manage ground-up residential, multifamily, and commercial projects in Chicago. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle from inception through close-out, coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of GC experience, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Experience on ground-up residential/mixed-use projects.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and project controls.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Exposure to full project lifecycle.

In this role, you'll play a key part in overseeing projects from the Developer / Builder side, working alongside architects, engineers, and consultants to drive successful project execution. You'll gain broader exposure to the decisions that happen before, during, and after construction while still utilizing your technical construction experience.

What They're Looking For:

• 10+ years of construction experience with a General Contractor
• Experience managing ground-up residential, multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, or commercial construction projects
• Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, project controls, and construction management
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
