Job summary

Evermont Group is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on a large podium multifamily project in the San Diego area. You will manage subcontractors, schedules, site logistics and construction activities while maintaining high safety, quality and delivery standards.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and a track record delivering complex, ground-up projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Superintendent or Superintendent with a GC or major developer.
• Strong background delivering large podium multifamily projects.
• Experience managing complex projects from early construction through completion.
• Broad construction knowledge beyond basic field supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication and subcontractor-management skills.

Senior Superintendent - Multifamily Construction

Up to $160,000 + Performance Bonus + Equity

We are partnering with a vertically integrated real estate development and construction company to hire a Senior Superintendent for its growing San Diego operation.

The company develops and builds large-scale, podium-style multifamily communities and has an established pipeline of San Diego projects extending through at least 2028.

This is an opportunity to join during an important stage of growth. The construction division has strengthened its leadership team and is looking for an experienced Senior Superintendent who can lead field operations, improve project execution and help shape how the business operates going forward.

The Role

What We're Looking For

• Strong leadership, communication and subcontractor-management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding and evolving environment
• Collaborative, accountable and able to remain effective when priorities change
• San Diego or Southern California market experience preferred
• Affordable-housing or modular-construction experience is beneficial but not required
