Job summary

Cruitin Inc. seeks an experienced Assistant Superintendent for a premier multifamily design-build project in Southern California.

You will oversee multiple phases and trades on a large-scale development, ensuring safety, schedule, budget adherence, and high-quality results across 250+ unit layouts and podium structures. The ideal candidate has 1+ years in multifamily podium projects, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid grasp of design-build processes.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of construction experience in multi-family podium projects with concrete and wood framing.
• Experience as an Assistant Superintendent or similar role in multifamily or large-scale residential builds.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Title: Assistant Superintendent

Location: Southern California - Huntington Beach, Los Angeles, Long Beach
Compensation: $90-110 base salary, plus potential bonus and auto allowance

Position Overview

Cruitin Inc. is partnering with a premier multifamily design-build firm to identify an experienced Project Superintendent I/II. This role will oversee multiple phases and trade activities on a large-scale construction project, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. Project outlines are 250+ units, mixed-use podium with 3 levels subterranean foundation (parking) and 2 above ground with active shops and living.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of construction experience in the multi-family podium projects with structural concrete and wood framing.
• Experience working as an Assistant Superintendent
• Multifamily, mixed-use, podium, concrete, or large-scale residential construction experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of the design-build process
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
• Experience managing schedules, subcontractors, inspections, safety, QA/QC, and closeout
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
