Job summary

RIMEPRO INC is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on ground-up multifamily projects in California. You will drive schedules, coordinate subcontractors, review drawings, and partner with the Project Manager to keep projects moving smoothly.

This role emphasizes safety, QA/QC, and on-time delivery across a strong project pipeline, with opportunities for long-term growth through a growing multifamily division.

Qualifications

• Ground-up multifamily construction experience required.
• 5+ years as Superintendent with a general contractor.
• Experience with wood-frame, podium, wrap, or mixed-use residential projects preferred.
• Strong scheduling, sequencing, and subcontractor management.
• Knowledge of safety, inspections, QA/QC, and field coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations on ground-up multifamily projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, material deliveries, and site logistics.
• Drive project schedules and maintain 3-week look-ahead planning.
• Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.
• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and proactively resolve field issues.
• Partner closely with the Project Manager to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Conduct subcontractor meetings and coordinate trade sequencing.
• Maintain daily reports, site documentation, and support project closeout.

We're partnering with a well-established California general contractor that's continuing to grow its multifamily division and is looking to add an experienced Superintendent to the team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys running the field, keeping projects on schedule, and working closely with subcontractors from groundbreaking through closeout. The company has a strong pipeline of work throughout California, offering long-term stability and future growth.

What We're Looking For

• Knowledge of safety, inspections, QA/QC, and field coordination
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction software
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
