  • Identify, communicate, and assist in resolving field issues, including unforeseen conditions, RFIs, design conflicts, sequencing challenges, and constructability concerns.
  • Proactively identify potential schedule impacts and field challenges and develop solutions to minimize disruption to project progress.
  • Monitor workmanship and ensure completed work meets or exceeds company, contract, and industry standards.
  • Coordinate inspections and ensure work is properly prepared for review by owners, design professionals, authorities having jurisdiction, and other project stakeholders.
  • Support project closeout activities, including punch list completion, inspections, commissioning coordination, and turnover.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, professional, and efficiently operated jobsite.
  • Mentor and provide leadership to Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, and other field personnel as applicable.
