Job summary

TRAC Builders, Inc. is seeking a Senior Superintendent with 10+ years of construction leadership to oversee projects across Cape Cod and the Islands.

The role requires directing field personnel, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence from mobilization through completion. You will work closely with the Project Manager to maintain schedules, sequencing, and field operations while traveling regularly to project sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of construction field leadership experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent.
• Experience overseeing complex projects from mobilization through completion.
• Strong understanding of safety, build systems, sequencing, logistics, and best practices.
• Proven ability to develop and manage schedules and coordinate multiple subcontractors.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs, contracts, and shop drawings.
• OSHA 30 certification required; CPR/First Aid preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision of on-site construction to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and field personnel to maintain project flow.
• Establish clear expectations for field operations and accountability for performance.
• Monitor safety procedures and conduct site inspections with safety staff.
• Develop and manage the construction schedule with the Project Manager.
