LJA Inc. seeks a senior SUE Director to lead and grow a SUE and utility coordination practice, bridging operations, technical excellence, and business development. The role oversees field crews, project planning, and client relations across regional markets.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Geomatics, Engineering, GIS or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years verifiable experience with electromagnetic (EM) Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) and other geophysical designation technologies.
• Familiarity with ASCE 38-22.
• Ability to locate all utilities (water, gas, electric, communications, fiber, etc.).
• Familiarity with surface geophysical equipment, vacuum excavation, and utility mapping standards.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day SUE field crews, project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Drive regional market expansion, prepare proposals, and build client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with SUE quality levels (A–D) and industry standards (ASCE).
