Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and within a team while exercising good judgment and promoting positive working relationships with offenders, staff, and stakeholders.
• Preferred experience in DOC environment and with OMNI/SharePoint or similar offender tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Independently conduct Substance Use Disorder Assessments using DOC 14-040, DSM-5, and ASAM criteria.
• Review assessment history and submit forms to Central Records when required.
• Provide SUD treatment services and ensure documentation complies with CFR 42 Part 2; coordinate with HS-SRU leadership.
