Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking an Analyst HR Operations Security & Applications to support and enhance HR processes and systems for all employees. This role ensures data integrity, proper system access, and security testing across HR applications globally, reporting to the Senior Manager, HR Operations Security & Applications.

Ideal candidates will manage security audits, collaborate with IT security, and drive improvements in HR processes through effective requirements gathering and end-user training.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP HCM modules and/or SAP SuccessFactors talent modules.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimize HR processes and systems for all employees.
• Serve as a functional security contact for HR applications globally and assist with data integrity and access management.
• Develop security reports and test role changes; collaborate with IT security on new security roles.
• Translate business requirements into functional design documents for technical teams and provide end-user training.
