Qualifications

• 10+ years of transmission substation P&C design experience in 12kV–230kV+ range.
• Deep P&C design expertise including protection schemes, AC/DC schematics, panel layouts, wiring diagrams, battery sizing, BOMs.

Responsibilities

• Own the quality bar for P&C deliverables and QA checks.
• Lead design direction on medium- to large-scale projects and guide team on standards.
