• Minimum 5 years of experience in substation design, construction, or commissioning.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary substation projects through full lifecycle.
• Familiarity with substation components: transformers, breakers, switchgear, grounding, relays, SCADA.
• Experience managing Transmission Line construction.
• PE or PMP preferred; NFPA 70E preferred; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to identify, prioritize, and resolve project challenges with limited supervision.
• Working knowledge of utility operations, switching procedures, relay testing, and energization protocols.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CAD and PDF markup tools and field documentation platforms are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Execute overall management of Substation construction/operation for successful project execution.
• Review Power Purchase Agreements and interconnection agreements to ensure compliance of substation scope.
• Develop, manage, and track the substation budget, equipment procurement, and construction activities.
• Lead substation subcontractors, including RFIs, change orders, and daily reporting.
