Job summary

Crescent Solutions is seeking a seasoned engineer to lead high‑voltage substation projects in the United States. You will manage projects from concept development through construction, commissioning, and closeout, coordinating with development teams and EORs to define scope and ensure design compliance.

The role requires a B.E. in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil/Structural engineering, 7+ years of relevant experience, and a PE or PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil/Structural Engineering (preferred).
• 7+ years in design and engineering of high‑voltage substations.
• Experience in project engineering and/or project management with results orientation.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license and/or PMP certification preferred.
• Willingness to travel within North America.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned substation projects from concept to closeout.
• Provide technical oversight and ensure compliance with industry codes.
• Develop scopes of work and manage external engineering vendors.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to secure sites.
• Support permitting, data, and engineering updates for execution.
