Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 15 years of related experience.
• Domestic/international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, delivery and technical execution of high-voltage substation protection and control projects.
• Act as technical authority for protective relaying, control systems, SCADA integration, automation, and substation communications.
• Develop, review and approve protection and control engineering deliverables.
• Lead power system studies, protection coordination and equipment selection.
• Oversee budget, schedules, performance and quality across projects.
• Mentor engineers and support staff; drive career development and succession planning.
• Support business development, proposals, and client relationships.
