Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering required.
- Professional engineering (PE) license preferred.
- 15 years of related experience; travel may be required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, delivery, and technical execution of high-voltage substation protection and control projects.
- Serve as a technical authority for protective relaying, control systems, SCADA integration, automation, and communications.
- Develop, review, and approve protection/controls deliverables (schematics, wiring diagrams, relay settings, panels).
- Lead power system studies, coordination, equipment selection, and related analyses.
- Manage team utilization, budgets, and project performance.
- Support business development, proposals, and client relationships.
