Job summary

Pike Electric, LLC is seeking a Substation Foreman to supervise construction and maintenance activities, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery of projects across multiple sites.

You will lead craft teams, assist in job estimation, attend pre-bid and pre-construction meetings, and may travel to other states as required by client demand.

The role requires 8–9 years of experience in substations, a valid CDL, and willingness to work overtime and long hours in varied environments.

Qualifications

• 8–9 years of continuous substation experience.
• 5 years in Top Substation Technician A role.
• Commercial Driver's License required.
• Ability to travel up to 90% of the time.
• Ability to read and interpret substation drawings.
• Proven leadership and coaching of crew members.
• Safety and quality oversight on site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee crew to ensure safe operation during construction, maintenance or repair.
• Direct work, coordinate tasks, and report progress to management.
• Participate in job estimation and attend pre-bid meetings.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Travel as required to project sites.
