Job summary
Arcadis is seeking a Senior Substation Electrical Engineer to lead engineering on transmission and distribution substations. In this role, you will ensure project execution following applicable codes and standards while collaborating closely with various Power Delivery departments.
Your responsibilities include engineering detailed design, client engagement, and supporting project goals. You need a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
The position offers a salary range of $97,600 – $168,360 along with comprehensive benefits and paid time off.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in substation projects with voltages from 4 kV to 500 kV.
- Experience with substation physical layouts and key engineering considerations.
- Design experience adhering to National Electrical Code and other standards.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for engineering and delivery of substation electrical projects.
- Lead project estimates, engineering proposals, and client engagement.
