Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Substation Electrical Engineer to join their Power Delivery team in Jacksonville, FL. This role requires a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 8 years of experience in substation projects from 4 kV to 500 kV. The engineer will be responsible for design, client engagement, and project management while ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.

Additionally, the position offers a competitive salary range of $97,600 – $168,360, alongside comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and a generous PTO policy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience within substation projects from 4 kV to 500 kV.
• Proficient in completing substation physical layouts and engineering studies.
• Design experience with National Electrical Code and IEEE standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and design for substation projects.
• Mentor junior team members and conduct quality assurance.
• Prepare project estimates, engineering estimates, and proposals.
