Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in substation engineering, high-voltage equipment, or heavy industrial projects preferred.
• Proficiency with 2D and 3D CAD software; Creo and AutoCAD experience is highly valued.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead GIS substation projects from initial design through installation and commissioning.
• Translate customer requirements into practical engineering solutions.
• Develop substation layouts, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Facilitate technical discussions and project meetings with customers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate material procurement, fabrication activities, and installation planning.
