Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology is required.
• Master's Degree is preferred.
• PE license would be preferred or required depending on role.

Responsibilities

• Applies knowledge of engineering and scientific principles to a variety of assignments.
• Develops, coordinates, and directs large or complex projects or field engineering assignments.
• Leads process improvement teams and mentors less experienced engineers.
• Initiates studies and proposes solutions or alternatives for engineering issues.
• Develops presentations of engineering-related projects for stakeholders.
• Creates models and analyzes data to support improvement programs.
• Assists in developing engineering standards and practices.
