ExecuPOWER in the Washington DC region is seeking a Senior Substation Construction Manager to oversee utility construction projects and manage on-site contractors to meet scope, schedule, and budget.

You will lead site walks, safety audits, and coordination among engineering, construction, and project management teams to ensure quality and timely delivery while maintaining safety standards on active sites.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant field with 7+ years in construction.
• Minimum 3 years leading construction projects in power utility environments with self-perform contractors.
• Completion of or ability to obtain OSHA 10/30 Construction Outreach Safety Training.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor onsite performance to ensure work meets standards, budget, and schedule.
• Resolve design and field barriers to prevent delays and coordinate changes.
• Lead client-utility and work-group meetings to execute project scope and schedule.
• Conduct safety audits, participate in tailgates, and support incident reviews.
• Review contractor QA and verify compliance through audits and inspections.
• Lead progress meetings and provide detailed status reports to the client.
