Job summary

The Department of Corrections is seeking a Clinical Program Therapist 3 for Substance Use Disorder at a Minnesota correctional facility to provide therapeutic programming to incarcerated clients. Responsibilities include assessment, psycho-educational programming, and lead work as assigned.

The ideal candidate will hold active LADC licensure or eligibility, at least three years of behavioral health experience, and the ability to develop and implement treatment plans within a security-conscious

Qualifications

• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) in Minnesota.
• Three years of experience providing behavioral health services including individual and group therapy.
• Associate/bachelor/master substitutions for experience as described.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic programming to clients in an alcohol and other drug treatment program.
• Lead all aspects of program content including assessment, psycho-educational programming, monitoring and reporting.
• Work in a Minnesota Correctional Facility with incarcerated individuals and ensure security and treatment alignment.
