Job summary

Qualifications

• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure by the Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC).
• Two years of experience providing behavioral health services, including individual and group therapy.
• Associate’s/Bachelor’s/Master’s degree substitutions as described above for experience equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized therapeutic programming to clients in an alcohol and other drug treatment program.
• Oversee all aspects of program content: assessment/evaluation, psycho-educational programming, monitoring and reporting, teaching, and professional standards.
• Work within a Minnesota Correctional Facility with incarcerated individuals.
