Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) in Minnesota to deliver comprehensive substance use disorder treatment within a co-occurring program.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual counseling for clients in a Minnesota context. The role partners with medical and behavioral health teams to address client needs, coordinate continuing care, and ensure documentation meets licensing standards.

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) license in good standing.
• Minimum three years providing substance use disorder treatment in a DHS-licensed program.
• Experience working with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary SUD clinician for an assigned caseload, delivering client-centered care.
• Complete assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual counseling using evidence-based approaches.
• Facilitate therapeutic groups addressing SUD, co-occurring mental health needs, and recovery skills.
• Deliver clinical interventions supporting relapse prevention and emotional wellness.
• Respond to crisis and de-escalate within LADC scope.
• Collaborate with mental health, medical, and care teams in staffing and meetings.
• Lead continuing-care and discharge planning with coordinated services.
